Our Story

Setup, Ice Cream, Nitrogen, Serving Containers, Nitro Pop Employees

We will make and serve the product at your event. Setup time is  45 minutes to 60 minutes before the serving start time, 

Serving time is 1 to 6 hours, breakdown is 30 to 60 minutes, 

Table and Linen/ Bar provided by the client or
Nitro Pop Cart is an additional $100

We will do our best to accommodate last-minute catering requests, but availability is not guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss your needs.

• 50% deposit required to reserve the date
• cancelation fee of 15% is due for cancelations within 2 weeks of the event date
• booking should be made a minimum of 3 business days prior to the event 
• tables and serving area provided by you, unless agreed up otherwise
• no electrical or plumbing required ( in most cases) 
• adequate lighting and circulation required at the event space
• shade is required for outdoor events
• for additional servings applied on the day event standard rate is $6 per serving
• Additional Insured available upon request

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of event and timeline. Contact us to discuss our cancellation policy for your event.

•  Similar to ice cream Nitro Pop warms up fairly quickly.  You can expect it will stay smoky and cold for a couple minutes. 

•  Average Setup time is 30 to 45 minutes but will vary based on ease of parking and loading area at each venue 

•  Yes, our popcorn and ice cream was created by Uncle Pops and are all proven tasty recipes.  Your guests will love it! 

•  Our kettle corn is made with all kosher certified ingredients.  We also offer popcorn made from other popcorn brands that are Kosher. 

No it's not a dragons breath brand. We have no association with any companies name or using a product called dragons breath. On the other hand,  when you eat Nitro Pop you may breath our smoke and it has a Dragons Breath effect.  It's a fun treat and a good ice breaker at parties and events. 

 Yes we do, however we do charge travel expenses.  Certain areas like California Bay Area, and Las Vegas, are reasonably priced.  Beyond those areas we typically don't travel.

For Nitro Pop, we have Kettle Corn, Caramel, Rainbow, and more. Speak to your sales rep about available flavors. 

For Nitro Pop Ice Cream , We have vanilla and chocolate ice cream with toppings ; caramel, fudge, sprinkles, caramel and rainbow popcorn , New flavors are butter pecan, cookie dough, cookies n cream, mint chocolate, and strawberry.

 Our typical serve time is 2 hours, but we can come and stay as long as you like.  We have served between 45 minutes up to 8 hours per day or more.  

For Nitro Pop we can serve 160 per hour per station.  Let us know how  many stations you need.  We have served over 600 per hour

For Nitro Ice Cream we serve up to 100 per hour. 

 The equipment you can see on the table is part of the nitrogen demonstration that people want to see.  Our other equipment like nirogen tanks are concealed below or behind our table.  We can always keep larger equipment in the back as well.  FYI, we pre-pop our popcorn so there is no mess or extra noise.
